What started as a bold idea in college has become a thriving reality and passion. Everest Construction was the dream that owners Josh McMann and Liam George brought to life through patience, hard work, and determination.

Josh McMann, a Purdue University graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, gained extensive experience through a competitive internship program that taught students how to run their own painting businesses. While in the program, he managed $500,000 in production and sales, earned Manager of the Year and a Safety Award, and was promoted to District Manager.

Liam George, a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Management and Accounting, excelled in the same internship program. During his first year, he managed $450,000 in production and was promoted to District Manager. In his sophomore year at IU, Liam led a team of four managers across multiple states, overseeing $425,000 in projects.

Recognizing each other’s dedication and work ethic, Josh and Liam became friends and discovered a shared entrepreneurial vision—something they had never considered before college. Despite the classic Purdue-IU rivalry (yes, they still argue over basketball season), they put school pride aside and combined their strengths to build a strong and thriving business. With a combined 16 years of experience, they turned that vision into Everest Construction, delivering quality craftsmanship to over 500 clients in the greater Indianapolis area.
